Three minutes left

I have three minutes left to do today's post. What have I been doing to almost midnight on Friday? Something exciting right?

Well, I AM a middle aged librarian, so perhaps you wont be shocked to learn I have been sorting out my e-book collection - tagging, cataloguing etc. Some people may think that sounds sad - I think it's fun.

I now have 1790 ebooks - and now they are all in order and cross catalogued.

woah, that is a lot of books, whether electronic or physical!
how do you catalogue them, out of curiousity?

Holy crow. Is that your personal collection? What kind of ereader do you have? I have a Kindle but I only got it 6 months ago and might have 75 ebooks.

Cataloguing might be over stating it. I have them divided into collections, then by author and title. I have an Ipod.

Most of them I have also in physical paper copies, but I'm trying to work up the courage to get rid of the paper.

It is a dramatic step though and I'm not sure I am ready.

Buy e-books rather than paper now a days. Rarely buy anything in paper.

Tech and books are my only objects of desire - I wear my shoes until they have holes :)
